What You'll Do

John Deere Financial is seeking an International Settlement Auditor . Within this role, you will:

Audit more complex dealer/distributor settlements based on published guidelines and policies.

Verify appropriate supporting documentation for credits and proper documentation.

Research and respond to more complex problems and work on exception reports.

Research and respond to dealer/distributor requests for information and support related to systems, dealer statements, wholesale finance terms and incentive programs.

Identify and communicate potential credit concerns to the credit group. What It Takes

We need an excellent communicator, who thrives on solving problems and working in a team environment. Ideally, you will have a Bachelor's degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience. In addition, we require:

Understanding of the accounting fundamentals such as debits, credits, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgets, etc.

Knowledge of dealers, terms, and finance programs.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to learn company specific computer programs.

Good interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to be flexible, identify when change is needed, and be able to work through ambiguous situations all while having a sense of urgency for getting results.

Fluent in Spanish.
