Novadebt provides exceptional counseling services that are available to the public regardless of income, financial situation, type of credit card debt or amount of indebtedness. Founded in Freehold, New Jersey in 1991, Novadebt provides a wide range of services including: Free counseling to consumers in need; Education programs through workshops, courses and written material; Debt Management Plan to provide debt relief for applicable consumers; and Housing counseling services in the areas of pre-purchase, default and reverse mortgage. We are also a founding member of the Association of Independent Consumer Credit Counseling Agencies (AICCCA). Our agency is an advocate of financial education for the community at large and our focus is to provide these services in order to meet the needs of consumers. Job Description The Part-Time Custodian is responsible for performing daily inspections of the building, executing and reporting maintenance/cleaning requests, cleaning and sanitizing various aspects of the building, cleaning/sweeping entrances and windows, waxing floors, delivering packages, and internal and external painting. When necessary, this position is also responsible for basic repairs, shoveling snow and applying salt to walkways, removing trash, vacuuming carpets, performing minor electrical and carpentry work, assisting in servicing the plumbing, and light gardening. The starting hourly rate is $16.10. It is a comfortable business casual work environment and Novadebt offers generous paid time off and paid holidays.
