Job Description
The LPN/MA provides basic nursing care to assigned patients under the direct supervision of the registered nurse. The LPN/MA collects data through observation and communicates information to assist the RN in patient assessment and care planning. The LPN/MA is expected to deliver care in accordance with the patient care plan and standards of care. The LPN/MA accepts delegation from the RN in meeting learning/information needs of the patient/family.
Basic Qualifications:
Currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Wisconsin or a graduate of an accredited MA program.
