Retirement Service Plan Consultant
Major responsibilities include: Respond to TotalSource DM (sales), Implementation Specialist, HR Business Partner and Client requests to help position and sell our 401(k)/MEP plans. Answer questions and provide guidance to our Sales Force, and internal Client Service Associates in regards to: product benefits, competitive advantage, product capabilities, processes, plan design, and ERISA/IRS/DOL rules. Participate in prospective client conference calls as the subject matter expert of our products and the conversion process. Complete, gather signatures, and submit the documents required to establish the plan.Provide a technical analysis of a prospective clients' current plan design in comparison to our product offering (including fee comparisons). Participate in proactive "call-out" campaigns to current and prospective clients not utilizing our 401(k) MEP product.Provide product training to the Sales Force and other internal business partners as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned.Meet competitive goals of start units and sales activity (client contacts).

- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 401(k) Service Experience
- 401(k) Plan design experience necessary to be successful
- Sales Experience (Internal or External)
- Client Service Experience - 4+ years
- Communication (Presentation skills)
