Reports to: QCC Manager
Shift: Wednesday through Sunday
Purpose of Position:
Provide clear direction and support to direct reports for maximum productivity and at the same time maintaining the security of the company’s facility and its assets; move products safely, quickly and accurately; manage goods returned through proper process fulfillment; ensure against unnecessary loss of profitability due to further damage, avoid delays in making the goods saleable, or loss of inventory control.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Previous supervisory experience (minimum 1 year; 2-3 years desirable)
Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and previous experience with inventory control software.
Internal candidates must be fully trained in current WEO standard operational procedures
Understanding of HR policies and procedures and proven ability to apply them
Ability to lead teams to achieve results through assigning, delegating, and holding others accountable
Knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures
Ability to gain product knowledge sufficient to determine optimal disposition of returned goods
Basic knowledge of furniture repair (upholstery and case goods); previous management of repair technicians desirable
Excellent customer service skills and experience; prior experience managing in-home service desirable
Good working knowledge of financial measures such as profit and loss
Degree or equivalent of work experience
