The Recovery Support Team of Lower Merion Counseling Services, an RHD Program, is a team dedicated to working with individuals with mental health issues to help them become more independent and have more connections to community resources seeks a full-time Team Leader. Recovery coaching replaces case management and encourages the person in recovery to lead the way to change. The Program is currently seeking a full-time Team Leader.

Hiring and supervising all new Recovery Coaches, including new hire paperwork.
Engaging with, managing and screening all referrals on his/her team.
Quality Assurance of all charts, monitoring Recovery Plans, Environmental Matrix, Consents, Encounter Forms, and Progress Notes.
Processing all progress notes in ECHO by providing the necessary flagging to billing.
Creating various reports to reflect and monitor any necessary information and measure program outcomes, such as tracking services provided to clients, open cases and termination of cases.
Coordinating clinical aspects of team supervision and consultation and provide weekly individual supervision. Hold daily morning meetings to check in with team.
Coordinating continuing education trainings.
Participating and engaging in recovery conferences to ensure coordination of care between therapists, psychiatrists and recovery coaches.
Developing and implementing peer social groups with participants.
Manage billing, petty cash, and vehicle use and maintenance records.
Responsible for on-call system.
Involvement in the Behavioral Health Court System for LMCS.

Qualified candidates must have:
Master’s level degree in social work, counseling or psychology
At least 2 years mental health experience (community mental health preferred)
Strong clinical background (supervisory experience preferred)
Knowledge for the Recovery Model a plus
Knowledge of co-occurring disorders as well as Montgomery County Resources
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
Knowledge ECHO, Magellan, and general billing practices a plus
