Job Title: Multimedia Developer
Reports to: Operations Manager
Position Summary: Responsible for developing and producing web-based learning solutions and other multimedia deliverables to support our clients' adoption of Healthcare Information Technology.
Duties and Responsibilities:
. Produce web-based learning solutions in a variety of interactive formats.
. Produce a high volume of error free, visually pleasing multimedia artifacts and deliverables.
. Integrate audio, video, animation, and graphic files into online multimedia courses.
. Develop branded artifacts/documents based on internal and client standards.
. Develop Flash-based graphical content for online courses.
. Design and develop content for special projects.
. Manage multimedia artifact archives.
. Communicate daily with multiple teams to clearly understand schedules, budget, status, and requirements.
. Other duties as assigned.
. Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
. Experience in graphic and web design preferred.
. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications including Flash, Photoshop, and In Design preferred.
. 2 years experience with Microsoft Office tools required.
. Education with emphasis on building technical skills related to multimedia development preferred.
. Ability to produce written materials that are free of errors.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment to support product delivery schedules.
. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software applications.
. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Non-smoking office environment, using a computer, telephone and other office equipment daily.
