We are currently seeking a Strategic Sales Director .
Define and manage the strategic sales team and accounts for C&I/GI/Commercial Pump products. The Strategic Sales Director will develop and implement sales operation processes, budgets, Long Range and Annual Operating plans. Supervise all sales activities including contract negotiations and develop a high performing team working across Regal Sales Organizations strategically to build partnerships internally and with customers to provide optimum response to their needs while executing to achieve established sales and marketing plans. Strategic Sales Director will also communicate corporate objectives and policies.
5 years Sales or strategic account management preferred
Proven record of sales success
Expect 50%+ travel
B.S. Engineering or technical degree preferred
10 years Sales management of direct sales force
Working knowledge of motor markets and products
Strong human relations skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and computer)
Six Sigma Certification
