Job title: Ticket Booth Agent

Reports to: Ticket Booth Supervisor

Job Summary:

Essential Functions:
Sales

m Greet customers

m Determine the customer's needs

m Indentify, recommend and select the appropriate product

m Describe a product's features and benefits

m Answer customer queries regarding our product

m Ensure accurate reservations

m Process payments in a timely manner while following company procedures

m Provide change and receipts

m Account for all payments received and perform end of day close outs

m Keep workspace tidy

Customer Service

m Communicate directly with customers by telephone, electronically and face to face

m Respond promptly to customer inquiries

m Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints

m Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints

m Process orders, forms and requests

m Effectively direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource

m Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

m Other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor on duty

Promoting

m Work with sales team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.

m Following directives to maximize retail sales and revenue, spread product knowledge, create awareness and increase sales.

m Proactively act as an advocate maximizing sales

Accountabilities:
The successful ticket booth agent will personally contribute to an unforgettable guest experience, be favorably viewed by supervisors and peers, and be swift and efficient in the execution of their assigned duties. Performance will be measured by sales, departmental tests, management evaluation, and feedback from peers on the city’s team.

Job Specifications / qualifications:
m Minimum of one year customer service experience necessary

m High school diploma or equivalency is required

m Communicate effectively in oral and written form

m Maintain high level of organization

m Problem analysis and problem-solving

m Handle multiple tasks/projects at one time

m Be detail oriented

m Meet deadlines

m Listen effectively

m Exceptional interpersonal skills

m Cash handling experience a plus

m Must be energetic and upbeat

m Must be self motivated

m Must be self-driven and reliable
