The Marketing Associate plays an important role on the Marketing team in Target Analytics. The Marketing Associate is responsible for Lead Management including Web Seminar, Sales, Conference and Tradeshow and general marketing program data entry and data project support. Additionally, they will be responsible for various internal marketing communications projects. The position demands a high attention to detail and requires superior communication and writing skills. This position has the flexibility to change and grow with the individual, providing a tremendous opportunity for the right candidate.
Process and enter inbound sales leads from various sources into our sales CRM system (SalesLogix) with main focus on internet and web seminar leads and meeting goals with regard to turnaround time.
Assist with lead overflow from other marketing activities.
Assist with shipping materials for Target Analytics events.
Managing the Target Analytics intranet page and related internal communications as well as the content, production and delivery of the monthly internal Target Analytics newsletter.
Execute marketing research projects.
Assist with other Marketing projects as necessary.
Ability to enter large volumes of data with extremely high accuracy and attention to detail; experience with databases such as MS Access or SalesLogix preferred.
Experience writing, developing, and managing content for the Intranet and other communication tools; experience with Microsoft SharePoint is preferred.
Proven superior communication skills - both oral and written.
Competency in public speaking.
Ability to make judgment calls in tough situations.
Discretion with sensitive information.
Take pride in work, no matter how small the task!
Ability to work independently on tasks, yet still be a team player within the department.
