In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the Tripwire File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) program. Daily operations may include working with application owners to implement FIM, troubleshooting integrations, reviewing alerts for escalation, creating reports, and managing configuration changes. General Application Maintenance such as software upgrades, installation/configuration of new agents, managing reports and alerts Collaborate with various lines of business and application teams, on an on-going basis, to identify and configure the critical files to the FIM solution Manage the policies established for monitoring the critical files/logs on the IT infrastructure Monitor changes to the critical files and escalate any malicious/unauthorized changes to the senior leadership for risk assessment and mitigation Generate metrics reports presenting results and recommendations Ensure the implemented solutions meet the PCI DSS compliance requirements Documenting FIM program, procedures, and other supporting information Basic
Qualifications: Experience with Tripwire File Integrity Monitoring Hands-on skills and experience in Windows and Linux administration Foundational knowledge in database technology, networking, load balancing, system recovery Minimum of 5 years of experience in information technology administration, system development, and/or integration CISSP or CISM certification Experience in PCI DSS compliance a plus Strong communication and relationship management skills Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking abilities Ability to develop and communicate recommendations to management Effective leadership / process management skills
