Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a Physiatrist to serve as Medical Director for a new senior living center. Brooks vision is to become one of the most innovative and forward thinking post acute providers in the US by offering a fully integrated post acute and senior living continuum of services. To achieve this vision, Brooks is undergoing significant growth which includes development of a new campus which will include a 100-bed skilled nursing facility, 60-unit assisted living facility and 20-unit memory care facility. The expansion into skilled nursing and senior living is intended to enable Brooks to position itself to achieve the best patient outcomes within the most efficient business model by developing new models of post acute and rehabilitation care. We seek a forward-thinking, innovative physiatrist to play a lead role in creating and implementing the strategies necessary to achieve this vision at this new facility.
