The Sales Coordinator will report to the VP, Sales. As a member of the Sales team, this role will serve as a primary pre-sales resource for the Searchlight sales team, as well as the SFDC subject matter expert.This role will also be exposed to extensive SEO/Search Marketing training, the demonstration of Conductor’s products and services with the goal of building strong domain and company knowledge to assist in the sales efforts.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
Maintain data integrity, with a focus on monitoring data quality, record completeness and record duplication
Coordinate with internal teams to translate business rules into documented workflows in Salesforce.com
Monitor workflow automation rules and ensure proper execution
Assist sales team in preparation for Searchlight demonstrations and prospect meetings all along the sales cycle
Identify keyword and market opportunities for prospective Searchlight clients with the use of internal systems
Gathering data/content to assist in the response to RFIs & RFPs
Maintenance and stewardship of sales collateral library
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or similar field
2+ years of experience in a sales support role
Experience with Salesforce software is a must
Experience working in a customer-facing capacity
Experience with major web analytics providers
Heavy Excel skills required for standard project work
Must have superior written and verbal communication skills, organization and time management skills
Must be able to demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative
Great communication & presentation skills
