The ideal Technology project manager is motivated, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.
Develop business case and pre-project planning including timelines and milestones
Stay current on industry practices and trends, including business processes , new technology and software, assessing and communicating their potential impact on the business
Ensure that projects and enhancements support the overall business strategy and product roadmap
Manage prioritization of key functionality
Create and maintain strong relationships with business partners, technology team members and third party vendors
Create and maintain business process documentation at the appropriate level for the product
Plan and track resources and assignments to a high performing team of analysts as appropriate
Partner strategically with key software vendors
Determine and develop process improvement opportunities
Manage change readiness and business uptake responsibilities as appropriate
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a project manager
Minimum 3 years experience leading and defining business, informational and analytical requirements
Self-starter who has knowledge and experience with Human Resources processes, systems and reporting
Experience with Oracle HCM and Taleo products preferred
Strong applied knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
Exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities
Ability to collaborate with peers and senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and influence beyond the scope of the position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Visio, SharePoint
