Assists senior leadership in developing the execution plan for large scale roll-outs of new programs affecting all associates globally and driving the plan to completion.
Communicates benefits information globally to associates. Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments for the Benefits Department. Ensures all plans are administered and executed in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Ensures critical customer service processes are developed and executed to accomplish strategic objectives.
Manages day-to-day third-party administrator (TPA) operations. Manages fiscal and day-to-day work activity. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates.
Trains and evaluates direct reports.
Bachelor's degree in HR, HRIS, Business Administration/Management, Education, Economics, Finance or other related field.
Or, 2-4 years experience in Self Insured Group Benefits, or related field.
0-2 years of supervisory experience.
