CSI is currently looking for a Residential Care Worker to join our team.

Help us provide emotional support, skills training, rehabilitation and personal supervision for clients at our group home. A sense of humor and the ability to work within the team are essential skills. In addition, these positions are responsible for: supervising and assisting clients with the administration of physician ordered medication, supervising and assisting client's with activities of daily living, observing and monitoring client's mental and physical status and reporting changes to the client's community support worker, and teaching community living skills that promote health socialization and community integration.

One to two years prior experience working in a residential care setting is preferred. Two to three years prior experience working with a broad spectrum of mentally ill clients is highly desirable.

High School diploma is required. Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or other related field is preferred. MHRT-1 certification or eligibility to receive certification is required (training provided by agency). Proof of all certifications required for provisional MHRT-1.
