The Administrative Assistant supports the Operations Manager and serves as the first point of contact for the Maher Building office suite; coordinates scheduling and services for extracurricular events; provides assistance with campus parking including assigning, managing, and customer service; assists with opening, assigning and closing work orders; maintains schedules; assists Public Safety; prepares typed reports and memoranda; assists with scheduling the campus van and maintaining maintenance records; provides back-up for other administrative assistants. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by supervisor.

Required: A minimum of two years of professional administrative support experience; strong typing and computer skills; proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite; demonstrated organizational skills; ability to assign priorities to multiple responsibilities.
