. The Marketing Manager will primarily be responsible for the following:
Drives the revenue growth and profitability in a regional/global market segment/technology segment of a strategic business unit by coordinating the development of marketing strategies, integrated communication plans, and sales objectives associated with a major industry/technology group.
Develops industry/technology-specific offerings, pricing, and value propositions.
Understands emerging market/technology trends and drives new program development and innovation.
Collaborates with research and product line marketing on the development and commercialization of new programs.
Directs market research to support strategy and business development.
Works to improve the SBU's market position and promote overall business growth in the industry/technology segment and market space.
The minimum qualifications the candidate will have include:
6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
6+ years of Water treatment experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required for analyzing products and applications to meet customer needs.
Microsoft Office Skill - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
Willing to relocate to Naperville, IL
Education Minimum :
B.S. degree in technical field required; MBA desirable.
