Contingent position located at Hickan AFB.
Candidate must possess a current Top Secret Clearance.
Candidate must be able to obtain CompTIA Security+ certification to meet DOD 8570 requirements within 60 days of hire.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Individual will serve as a Data Link Operations Analyst in an Air and Space Operations Center (AOC) providing support to the Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) for the management and integration of the Operational Tasking Link for the Joint Interface Control Cell. Integrate airborne and ground battle management systems and utilize the Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI), Joint Range Extender (JRE), and other Interface Control equipment to perform link management functions for Tactical Data Link A, B, and J. Design configuration of Joint Tactical Information Distribution System and Joint Range Extension to provide a Common Operational Picture to the JFACC and his staff. Develop, document and perform procedures to facilitate joint and coalition interoperability. Coordinate with Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Allied nation assets for data link missions. Responsible for design and layout of Air Component Commander's Data Link architecture and OPTASKLINK message development. Perform the duties as outlined in the CJCSM 6120.01 C Ch1, 1 June 2003: Link 16, 11/11B Manager; Track Data Coordinator (TDC) responsibilities.
Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and 7 years relevant experience of which 1 to 3 years served in USAF Air Operations Center or other DoD operational level Data Link facility.
Experience may be substituted in lieu of formal degree requirement. 11+years of direct expereince or 9+ years with an Associates Degree.
The clearance level required is dependent on the type of clearance supported by our client.
Desired Qualifications: Graduate of FORSCOM JICO Course. Experience managing Common Operating Picture production for a large organization, Joint Data Network Operations and JIC experience.

Provides training to users of a new system.
May oversee the implementation of a new system.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and five to seven years of related work experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
