Kenyon’s Washington, DC office is seeking a Trademark Secretary to assist a Partner, Counsel and Paralegal. The successful candidate will be able to type and file correspondence, legal documents, memoranda and reports, screen all incoming communications and independently respond to all routine questions and inquiries, prepare monthly client billing statements on new business memoranda, enter attorney billing time on DTE system, schedule and organize meetings, travel arrangements, appointments, and work on special projects including limited legal assistant work.

Applicants should have prior trademark experience, knowledge of U.S. Trademark office of TEAS e-filing, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, iManage, CMS and DTE, possess typing skills at 60 words per minute and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Applicants should exhibit the ability to work cooperatively, maintain good communication with peers, prioritize workflow and streamline procedures where possible.
