This position is responsible for managing multiple direct marketing programs. This position will work across multiple parts of the business (including but not limited to Marketing, Client Marketing, Care, and Client Services) to ensure that high quality communications are being delivered to all customers on time and within budget. Individual will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and reporting for a variety of Direct Mail programs (both on-going and one-time).ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES•Develop, implement and manage all on-going and/or one-time direct mail compliance programs•Independently manage relationships with data processing and mail house vendors as well as internal clients and partners•Provide insight on direct mail strategies and best practices for the planning of new campaigns•Develop and recommend process for new initiatives•Independently manage implementations for new products, projects•Lead collaborative teams from throughout the organization •Develop/recommend segmentation plans by proactively partnering with other teams (i.e. data analytics)•Maintain processes for internal communications, seed lists, database access requests, etc•Maintain direct mail sample books, file drawers and on-line letter library with up-to-date versions•Manage all DM budget activities including purchase order procurement, invoice processing, reporting and reconciliation•Assess, lead, manage and evaluate email campaigns, including response analysis and email campaign best practices•Other duties as assigned.
