The General Manager (GM) is responsible for leading a store-based sales team of two to four personnel with activities including sales, deliveries, returns, service/repair and collection visits. The GM will have P&L accountability and must ensure proper company operating standards within their location. The GM has ultimate responsibility for their assigned store, including, but not limited to, the coaching and development of their Sales Representatives (SR) and Account Managers (AM), directed at ensuring a properly trained staff is in place to deliver a consistent superior customer service experience while achieving sales and profit objectives and protecting company assets.
