Job Description:
  • Full compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA),
financial industry regulations, investors and all
local and federal applicable legislation.
  • Full compliance with Fair Debt Collection Practices
Act (FDCPA).
  • Monitors and ensures timely tax disbursement of
properties serviced for investors and own portfolio
in order to avoid late charges and penalties.
  • Monitors property is free of tax liens of
non-escrowed loans and determines when escrow
account needs to be enforced.
  • Evaluates CRIM records to ensure servicing records
are accuracy for exemptions, change of owners or
debt and determines the need to place claims to CRIM
for corrections.
  • Supervises team execution, resolves problems and
coordinates resources to achieve goals and ensures a
productive and healthy environment.
  • Monitors execution on referrals, complaints or
requests to ensure quality of resolution and
response within cycle time.
  • Ensures compliance with regulations, investors
requirements and operational procedures.
  • Ensures customer service excellence and proactively
addresses all off standard situation through root
cause analysis and develops action plan to correct.
  • In supports to business effectiveness ensures data
integrity and system optimization.
  • Effectively implements new enhancements and ensures
proper administration of the servicing workstations
(TAX, OLLW, CCN, etc.)
  • Maintains adherence to Human Resource policies and
processes related to staffing, coaching,
development, performance management, employee
relations, compensation and benefits.
  • Actively participate in recruiting and hiring new
personnel.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any mayor related but not
limited to Business, Accounting, Arts, Law, Social
Sciences, etc
  • Knowledge of mortgage software, mortgage products,
sales, service, reporting and analyzing.
  • Computer skills and agility on the keyboard.
  • Strong skills in customer service and talent
management.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Strong decision making, time management, problem
solving, leadership, critical thinking, planning and
organizing skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in
Spanish and English.
  • Desirable of at least three years of experience in
servicing, banking or investment industry.
  • Desirable with experience in using E3, Mortgage
Lending (MSP Fidelity) or MortgageWare systems
  • Expected to have supervisory experience or as team
leader in projects.
  • Some specific job assignments may require day,
evening, weekend or holiday hours.
