Coordinates task distribution to support the commercial and consumer lines departments. Ensure complicance with required Service Level Agreements to our customers by the appropriate distribution of tasks and received documents. Follow up on all tasks until completion and confirm proper documentation. Keep CSG personnel informed regarding customer priorities. Generate weekly reports and support Operations Manager with the analysis and causes of non compliance indicators. Assist in the management the reception and file areas by coordinating daily tasks, special projects and identifying areas of opportunities.

Position Requirements

Bachelors degree - Business Administration preferred.
General knowledge in operations, practices and insurance procedures preferred. Excellent ommunications skills. Computer knowledge with emphasis in Excel and analytical skills. Detailed oriented with good customer service ability. Able to work in a fast pace environment. Leadership skills a plus. Bilingual
