The Supervisor Clinical Transplant Coordinator performs the duties of a Clinical
Transplant Coordinator or Senior Clinical Transplant Coordinator and has additional supervisory responsibilities for a section of the organ transplant staff. Supervisory duties include hiring, counseling, evaluating, and scheduling personnel. The position is also responsibie for implementing transplant and administrative policies and procedures.
Demonstrates actions consistent with Ochsner Health System's "Ochsner Expectations" as duties are performed on a daily basis.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:A. Education, Experience & Training:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; B.S. Degree in Nursing preferred; Masters Degree in speciaity area preferred; current American Board of Transplant
Coordinators (ABTC) Certification as Clinical; Transplant Coordinator preferred; current Louisiana State Board of Nursing Licensure. Two years related experience with a BS Degree in Nursing; or three years related experience with RN Diploma or RN Associates Degree.
