MINIMUM TANGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Relevant Experience : Minimum eight (8) years experience with Test and Evaluation programs. Minimum of four (4) years of recent professional experience in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case/program management.
Aircraft Test & Evaluation experience and knowledge of all aspects of a flight test program is required. Knowledge and understanding of policies governing Security Assistance established in the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), the Foreign Assistance Act (FAA) and the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM, DOD 5105.38-M) is desired. Defense Acquisition University (DAWIA) training, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software products, databases and the modules within Navy ERP/SAP is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Duties include (but are not limited to):
We are currently seeking applications for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Senior Program Analyst/Test & Evaluation (T&E). The FMS Senior Program Analyst/T&E provides Test and Evaluation support for FMS acquisition, logistics, and program management throughout the life of FMS Cases from implementation to closure, to include flight test support. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating all aspects of a flight test program. Will coordinate test resources and schedules with other leads coordinating similar platform integration tests. Support a Lead Test Engineer in the performance of duties that include program management, integration, T&E, and Fleet support or as tasked. Specific responsibilities include:
(1) Development of test plans, schedules, and associated documentation for an assigned platform,
(2) Coordinate requirements and test events with associated platforms,
(3) Maintain configuration control of test assets, and
(4) Support test plan reviews, test reviews, and develop test reports.
