Duties and responsibilities include:|
All shipments cleared correctly in accordance with applicable regulations.
All entries correctly entered in the Storage in Transit (SIT) Control Log. All customer records are created in TOPS/DPS system correctly.
All shipments inspected in accordance with applicable regulations for compliance. All inquiries from customers are addressed in a timely manner.
Receive customer requests for House Hold Goods shipment information such as: All calls answered promptly and courteously.
All inquiries answered promptly and courteously.
All inquiries satisfactorily answered or directed to appropriate counselor.
Assist customer with completion of shipping documents.
All advance documents are screened for accuracy and completeness.
All file folders prepared and filed correctly.
Must be familiar with general office procedures and equipment.
Knowledge of, or the ability to use, various publications and instructions.
Skill in the use of personal computer including a variety of software programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a favorable National Agency Check and Local Check and Local Credit Check (NACLC) clearance.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
