We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic National Account Manager who will give our clients both the best internal and external service in the industry. The National Account Manager services accounts through use of presentations, demos, quotes, estimates, and billing. They participate in post event meetings with assigned regional accounts. The primary focus is on monitoring, growing, re-signing, and up-selling existing accounts. You will also be responsible for:
Managing the transition of the accounts from the National Account Director and supports accounts accordingly, develop, monitor and distribute timelines and schedules.
Managing a National Account Volume $2.5 million or more annually.
Assisting account executive with budgets by gathering information necessary to meet the client's requirements.
Cross selling Freeman lines as appropriate, including, but not limited to: carpet, furnishings, exhibit installation and dismantle, audio visual equipment and production, global transportation, electrical services and event communication, content development, deliver and measurement services.
Traveling to show site for the event/project when necessary, determined in cooperation with the account executive.
Now that you know what this position does, do you have the background to do the job?
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
Five (5) to Ten (10) years of related experience.
Has demonstrated consistent above average performance evaluations in previous roles such as Account Manager, Sales Manager, and/or Director of Sales.
Has proven the ability to successfully lead account teams on opportunities over $1 million in revenue.
Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Software applications.
Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
