Cornerstone Staffing is currently recruiting for a post closing Exceptions Clerk for a large mortage company in Dallas !
Temp to Hire!
$17-$19/hr based on exp .
Mon - Fri 8a-6pm (flex)
Incumbent will be reviewing and clearing investor exceptions on closed loan files and ensure loans are purchased.
Responsibilities:
~Runs the shipped status report to determine the files that were shipped to investors.
~Pulls investor exception reports from the investor websties to determine status of files shipped
~Reviews and contacts appropriate parties for any missing documentation needed to clear esceptions
~Forwards missing documentation to investor and monitors loan until it is purchased
~Reviews and clears post-purchase exceptions
Job Requirements:
~HS Diploma or GED
~Minimum of 2 years of related mortgage experience required!
~Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written!
~Team oriented!
~Excellent computer skills
~Good attention to detail and analytical skills
~Must be open to working OT on short notice and as needed.
~Must be an excellent team player!
~Must be okay submitting to a credit check and criminal background check!
