Perform various commercial loan administration duties in concert with the general loan servicing department and the commercial portfolio relationship managers. Respond to general customer inquiries from commercial loan borrowers. Administer insurance claims; including tracking of documentation and disbursement of funds. Board newly originated loans to the core servicing platform. Draft, review, and track loan documentation related to modifications and assumptions. Process changes, perform maintenance, and post exception payments to the servicing platform. Prepare and file initial and renewal UCC documentation. Administer draw requests for construction loans, revolving credits, and various reserve accounts. Monitor and balance reserve accounts and general ledgers. Monitor ticklers to ensure future maintenance is completed as necessary for accurate servicing. Generate amortization schedules, model payment histories, and calculate interest adjustments in Excel. Create and maintain spreadsheets detailing financial and collateral information in Excel. Assist general servicing personnel to resolve issues specific to commercial loans. General filing and organization of information to maintain accurate and complete records. Complete special projects with appropriate diligence and thoroughness until resolved. Other duties and projects as requested.

High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

2-5 years of experience in loan administration or similar financial/banking experience.

Excellent customer service skills.

Exceptional organizational skills.

Strong propensity for detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Ability to understand complex bookkeeping concepts.

Ability to manage time with multiple/changing priorities.

Intermediate or higher aptitude for mathematics.

Ability to compose effective and professional correspondence.

Knowledge of general loan servicing functions.

General understanding of commercial loan terms and documents.

Computer literate; experience using all Microsoft Office applications
