The Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship in the Silberman College of Business at Fairleigh Dickinson University is accepting applications for a tenure-track position in Marketing at the Assistant Professor rank, with a spring 2013 start date. Silberman College has AACSB-accredited undergraduate and MBA programs.
Candidates should have a Ph.D. degree in Marketing from an AACSB-accredited institution (or ABD nearing completion of dissertation) with evidence of or potential for high quality teaching and research in both disciplines. The successful candidate will be expected to teach strategic marketing, marketing communications, healthcare marketing and marketing research classes. The Marketing and Entrepreneurship curriculum emphasizes a strong foundation in the principles of the practice of these disciplines, a global perspective and career development. The normal teaching load is 9 credit hours per semester. Salary and benefits are competitive with AACSB accredited institutions.

Fairleigh Dickinson, founded in 1942, is a private, coeducational university with an enrollment of more than 11,000 undergraduate and graduate students from throughout the United States and the world. The Metropolitan Campus is located 10 miles from the heart of New York City, and the College of Florham Campus is located 35 miles from New York City near historic Morristown, New Jersey.
