SUMMARY: Provide assistance to the VP of IT to establish and administer the overall policies and goals for the Information Technology Department for Golden Eagle Distributors, Inc.'s ("Golden Eagle") and SPIKE Beverage, LLC's ("SPIKE") in accordance with Golden Eagle's/SPIKE’s business practices. Assist in analyzing the needs of departments and establish priorities for feasibility studies, systems design and implementation, and modifications to the company’s information processing systems. Identify, research, and resolve technical problems. Coach, teach, direct, manage or coordinate activities of team members and consultants. Resolve service complaints and respond to special customer requests.
Requirements:
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of an organization and diverse personalities,
§ Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced Excel skills required,
§ Leadership skills with at least two (2) years supervisory experience,
§ Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from an accredited college or university and two (2) years related experience preferred; or four (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience,
§ Self-starter who needs a minimal amount of supervision,
§ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment,
§ Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills,
§ Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) Certification preferred,
§ A+ Certification preferred.
