Job Description

1. Prepares each day to meet guests as a professional sales person.
2. Achieves established sales goals within established time frames; establishes commitment to goals, self and the Company.
3. Presents the sales information according to training specifications and direction of management.
4. Uses approved sales presentation and support materials effectively and exclusively.
5. Presents appropriate pricing and options in accordance with specified guidelines.
6. Asks the guest to purchase according to training specifications and direction of management and conforming to the financial needs of the guest.
7. Follows all approved sales closing procedures.
8. Completes all appropriate new owner closing documentation as required.
9. Greets each guest in a warm and friend manner, while providing customer service to guest as specified in training and direction of management.
10. Maintains the highest level of company/competition product knowledge by attending all required training sessions.
11. Adheres to all established Sales and corporate policies and procedures.

Requirements

College degree preferred, but not required. Proven track record of success in Sales preferred, but not requires. Strong interpersonal and persuasiveness skills, Strong oral and written communication skills and development skills. Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints. Ability to influence, inspire customers. Generates maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
