Lead advanced strategic and financial analysis for business decision making; build forecasts and financial models to develop annual operating plans including targets and detailed budgets for RTG; work with RTG leadership to manage performance against plans, targets and budgets by developing monthly financial reports analyzing actual financial performance against the plans, analyzing variances and identifying causes of the variances; develop group strategic plans, analyze business unit strategic plans and link strategic plans with annual operating plans through scorecards and dashboards; conduct assessment of RTG business and project portfolios to drive portfolio prioritization and optimization to maximize value and help fill portfolio gaps by conducting analysis related to market evaluation, business valuations, business integrations and joint venture assessments; conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions including financial modeling, forecasting, benchmarking, regression analysis, decision tree analysis, tornado analysis and Monte Carlo simulation by extensively utilizing advanced spreadsheet, database, statistical and decision analysis tools such as Excel, Access, SPSS, Sensit and Crystal ball; lead a team of finance professionals in providing financial management work; and, prepare high level written presentations to senior management synthesizing the complex analysis into insights by using Powerpoint and Think-cell.

Master’s degree in Business Administration and ten years of experience in financial and strategic analysis. Must possess one year of financial analysis experience in the life science industry (bio-pharma or medical devices); experience with financial modeling, forecasting, bench marking, regression analysis, decision tree analysis, tornado analysis and Monte Carlo simulation; experience with advanced spreadsheet, database, statistical, decision analysis and presentation tools specifically, Excel, Access, SPSS, Sensit, Crystal Ball, Powerpoint and Think-cell; experience with preparing written presentations to senior management; two years of experience in setting annual targets and preparing operating plans and detailed budgets; two years of experience in developing and analyzing strategic plans and linking strategic plans with operating plans; and, experience providing financial analysis for M&A projects such as business and project portfolio assessment, prioritization and portfolio optimization, corporate development activities such as market evaluations, business valuations, business integrations and joint venture assessments.
