Ensures that the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms meet
the Omni standards by inspecting the cleaning and servicing of
guestrooms. Reports any repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms.
Insures that all GRAs have appropriate supplies and linens. Assists
in the cleaning of guest rooms when necessary. Assists in
processing AM and PM room status reports. Ensures that the GRA's
linen cart is neat and well organized. Insures that linen closets
on guest room floors are completely stocked. Check discrepancy
rooms Able to clean rooms if need it. Assigns special assignments
as directed by the Executive Housekeeper. Able to prioritize
requests and promote team work
Requirements:
Previous supervisory experience in a hotel preferred Room
cleaning experience is a must. Able to interact with associates in
a positive, respectful manner in order to achieve the goals. Must
be able to work on feet entire shift. Able to work in a fast paced
environment. Flexible to work weekends and holidays on the day
