License/Certification/Education: Normally a B.A./B.S. Degree with emphasis in marketing or communications w/5 years professional training in the field of marketing, including developing and executing promotional/advertising concepts and strategies. Experience in the health care industry. Normally requires a Valid Driver’s License along with a clean driving record.

Job Description:
Responsible for developing large customers that cut across multiple territories and requires a more complicated sell. Responsible for the management of the Clinical Sales Force, Service Force, acquisition of new business and retention of clinical laboratory customers in designated sales region. Develops regional sales retention strategies. Provides leadership, coaching and training to staff.
