KELLY ENGINEERING has an exciting CONTRACT to DIRECT
opportunity for a Safety Engineering Manager in the
greater Phoenix Area!!!
REQUIREMENTS:
10+ years in Environmental Health & Safety
manufacturing environment
Well versed in ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001 as well as EPA
and OSHA standards for a manufacturing environment.
Environment & occupational health and safety
experience in high-tech arena/semiconductor fabs.
Previous experience in the semiconductor equipment
industry.
CVD/wafer processing equipment, USEPA emissions test
methods & ergonomics standards.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position is responsible for the management of
Environmental, Safety and Health (EHS) programs
throughout the US. Responsibilities include:
Develop, maintain and manage EHS programs
Maintain operations in accordance with regulatory
requirements for EHS
Create and maintain practices, procedures, training
and management controls
Implement and maintain emergency response control
plans
Implement and contribute to the maintenance of the
global safety training program
Provide subject matter support to the line
organization for workplace health and safety
issues/concerns
Proactive in advising management on EHS matters
Implement and manage BCP/Disaster Recovery Program
This position requires a Pre-employment background
investigation and drug screening.
