Mutual of America is looking for candidates for an entry-level Loan Specialist position to answer participant 800 Line inquiries concerning loan eligibility, maximum loan availability, billing services and general questions regarding outstanding loans. Position reports to the Supervisor, 800 Line and is based in our Home Office in mid-town Manhattan. Applicants should have BA/BS degree or minimum two (2) years equivalent work experience handling high-volume telephone service requests. Excellent verbal, written, telephone and mathematical skills required as well as personal computer and word-processing skills.
