This position focuses on strategic sales professionals that work on selected opportunities and oversees bid strategies, pricing, teaming, and proposal strategies with the federal government. The major focus for the tw telecom Federal Capture Manager is managing the transition from opportunity discovery to the proposal process where the business case will be developed to secure corporate resources necessary for further pursuit of opportunities along with identifying resources required to pursue a bid, establish infrastructure required, establish processes, and managing the execution.

To Achieve Your Objectives
Being accountable for leading activities and teams from business development through all phases and bid stages. Develops successful capture strategy/win themes and champions opportunities to various stakeholders and partners (internal and external) to build and drive winning pursuit teams.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum of 7 years related experience with demonstrable results
Strong knowledge of the Federal Government procurement process
Successful track record of identifying, capture planning/strategizing and winning
Broad industry relationships with the prime/partner/vendor community
