The Sales Administrative Assistant provides general administrative support to the Sales department in a timely, accurate and professional manner.

• General administrative support
• Coordinate Trade Show events
• Coordinate Shipping arrangements
• Maintain the SalesForce database
• Assist in sales leads communication and follow up.
• Serve as back-up to Front desk receptionist.

Required Skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high stress environment.
• Able to prioritize tasks and meet aggressive deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Able to take direction, as well as work with little supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and collaboration tools, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
• Dedicated, responsible, positive, and professional demeanor

Preferred Education/Work Experience
• High school diploma/GED required.

• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Tradeshow and event planning is a plus
