Management experience of 3-5 years in Admissions, Patient Access or Patient Financial Services desired with understanding of hospital operations. Bachelor degree in business or health related field or commensurate preferred.Responsible for day to day operations of the department. Ensures work processes are efficient and customer focused. Provides leadership for work teams.
Management responsibilities could include Inpatient, Outpatient and/or Emergency Department registration, Scheduling, Bed Control, Financial Counselors, Surgery/Critical Care Guest Representatives and Denials Management.
