This role leads a team responsible for all wholesale and retail product asset creation, catalog production, packaging development and event support. Represents the business unit by providing strategic direction to marketing partners, and directs the global execution of catalog content. Manages parts photography and supports the execution of video assets. This role directs the development of wholesale new product launch materials while also managing ongoing wholesale/retail product support. Role is responsible for initiating business unit support strategies and tactics to ensure that assets are utilized effectively to deliver global marketing objectives. The ability to communicate and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders is essential to the success of this position. Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure on tight timelines are critically important.

Education Required:
Bachelor's degree (preferably with a marketing emphasis) or equivalent experience is required. If the candidate does not meet the degree requirement a combination of relevant education and experience should total the equivalent of eight (8) years.

Experience Required:
A minimum of six (6) years Marketing experience and extensive knowledge of Harley-Davidson Parts & Accessories. Personal integrity and excellent interaction skills are critical. Requires effective interaction at all levels of the corporation. Must demonstrate effective collaboration within own department and across broad parts of the organization where there may be little or no formal authority. Must have a general knowledge of business and finance principles. Strong knowledge of Harley-Davidson’s Parts & Accessories required. Computer skills required. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills required. Must demonstrate the ability to collaborate well with cross-functional groups. Ability to work in a fast pace climate while managing multiple priorities and maintaining flexibility Approximately 10-20% travel
