The purpose of this position will be to provide primary and secondary market research support and analysis to marketing teams. Job Requirements: o Drive execution of both secondary and primary (qualitative and quantitative) market research projects
o Partner with marketing teams to identify and/or clarify research needs and define/refine project goals/objectives
o Draft/edit questionnaires and discussion guides, as needed
o Implement surveys, as needed, using a survey programming tool for in-house hosting and execution
o Support research vendors on project execution and provide insight and guidance to achieve research objectives.
o Perform data analyses using raw data files and cross tabulations (via SPSS, MiniTab, Excel, etc.) and interpret results to drive business decisions
o Write/Edit reports, as needed, on results from internal and external (vendor executed) customer surveys
o Partner with marketing teams to identify and recommend key actions and/or strategic imperatives from the research findings
o Drive/Facilitate awareness and implementation of research findings within/across the organization

Basic Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree
o 3 years of experience doing primary market research, including experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
o Hands-on experience with the following:
-Research design and sampling
-Questionnaire design
-Data analysis and report writing
-Ability to synthesize findings into meaningful actions and strategic imperatives
o Familiarity with industry best practices for secondary data resources, preferably within healthcare
o Proficiency using Excel and/or SPSS to conduct data analysis
o Consultative and proactive
o Ability to work in a matrix organization
o Team oriented with ability to work independently

Desired/Preferred Qualifications:
o Masters or advanced degree in business or research associated discipline
o Excellent project management skills
o Training in statistics, including proficiency in a stats software packages such as SPSS or SAS
o Experience with survey design software
