Responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in maintaining existing business and developing long-term strategies for the Packaging and Glass Replacement applications. Primary responsibility to implement the 1-YP for Commercial Business and develop new business for Glass Replacement supporting the 3-YP New Business Development Plan.

Responsible for coordinating Packaging and Glass Replacement Market activities and projects within North America and with other EMS-GRIVORY companies worldwide. Duties include: establishing and maintaining a strong relationship with customers and end users; initiating, coordinating, monitoring and successfully closing technical and sales projects. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of customer calls, expenses, itineraries and weekly reports. BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Plastics Engineering or Business. Five years minimum prior sales/marketing and business development experience, with demonstrated Business Planning and Leadership skills. Strong communication and computer skills, along with an understanding of major packaging processing technologies.

30-50% domestic travel with some International travel required. Ability to communicate in German a plus.
