The Director Recruitment Training and Education is responsible for planning, training and development of new and existing Recruitment Department Team Members. This position will create, update, coordinate, and administer training programs for all new recruitment team members to include a training manual, standard operating procedures, and competency testing. Develop and retrain existing recruitment team members based on needs analysis. Create and administer a training need analysis for all existing Account Managers to include all areas of job responsibility. And, collaborate with the Regional Directors to develop and implement plans for improvement. This position will oversee the blood drive calendar management processess by supervising calendar desk team to ensure recruitment calendar is properly utilized and houses accurate, up to date information. The Director Recruitment Training and Education will have the ability to movitave staff and promote teamwork through both verbal and non verbal actions which support department projects, company objectives and overall organizational goals. Bachelors degree or equivalent in business, marketing communications or other related discipline required. Five years training experience in a sales or development environment in a field based requirement. Not for profit or healthcare environment is highly preferred. One year managing scheduling/calendaring. Ability to demonstrate effective problem solving and analytical skills. Able to problem solve, determine root cause and corrective action.
