Required Skills & Experience:
- Setup and organize workstation, assure that cleaning supplies are available for daily use
- Safely operate and maintain dishwashing and kitchen equipment according to OSHA regulation and Hotel requirements
- .Always maintain proper sanitation controls in line with Health Inspection, Steritech and any other sanition controls set by hotel.
- Power-wash all carts, hot boxes and any assigned areas as requested
- Assure that all equipment is collected and delivered to dishrooms
- Ability to pull, lift and push +45 lbs.
- Must have strong initiative, ability to communicate, teamwork, and be prompt
- Must have multi-tasking skills, internal/external customer service skills
- Good communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
