  • Responsible for the successful implementation of the SAP 360 Supply Chain solutions with high levels of Customer Satisfaction, including the provision of functional expertise, guidance and instruction to clients and regional delivery teams
  • Support Software and Services Sales, business development, solution innovation, engineered services and RDS creation, project re-engineering and execution of business assessments to map customer requirements to the solution
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to proactively position SAP solutions and services; provide thought leadership to drive customer value
  • Create Proof of Concepts (POCs) and support new product development
  • Support successful delivery of Lighthouse projects and early reference creation
  • Troubleshoot customer issues by investigating, analyzing and solving software problems; manage risks through proactive engagements and adoption of SAP quality assurance methodologies; provide subject matter expertise support in case of escalations and collaborate closely with AGS key stakeholders
  • Drive knowledge management initiatives to enable the global community of practitioners to effectively collaborate, harvest reusable content and share best practices
  • A proven track record of at least 10 years of SAP implementation experience with Supply Chain solutions in a variety of industries
  • Graduate / Post-Graduate degrees (preferably in Business, Computer Science, Logistics, Economics, Finance or Engineering)
  • Extensive logistics / supply chain background and extraordinary customer orientation
  • High commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP technology, applications, and solutions within the SAP 360 Supply Chain area, with special expertise mandatory in at least one of the following: Track & Trace (Event Management, Global Batch Traceability, OER) Demand Signal Management, Advanced Planning & Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning and SCM on HANA)
  • Strong Methodology & Business Process Management knowledge, e.g. BPM, BTM2, ASAP etc.
  • Professional certification within one of the 360 LoB area is desirable
  • Experience in engineering projects with international components in collaboration with Custom Development and Global Delivery
  • Adept at handling project communications, capable of having c-level interactions and engaging with senior management stakeholders to manage expectations and propose value-based offerings
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to comprehend business requirements and create a strong value proposition for the proposed solution architecture
  • Global mobility and willingness to move on short-term notice (to conduct feasibility studies, POC and RFP support and pre-sales activities on a global scale)
  • Fluent English (oral and written) a must; other languages a plus
