Customer service and clerical support, 20 hours per week.
Customer service at front counter and phones; hunting and fishing license sales and watercraft registrations.
Relay accurate department regulations and state statutes to hunters, fishermen and non consumptive users.
Data entry to statewide systems of biological data, enforcement data requiring confidentiality, issue bear bait registrations and hunter management area permits.
Copying, filing and assist office personnel in their duties.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Skill in operation of personal computer utilizing Word, Access, Excel, and Quicken software and related office equipment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines, skill in interpersonal relations, knowledge of office work procedures, standards and practices.
Preference will be given to those with a high school degree or GED plus one year clerical or secretarial work experience. Preference will be given to someone who can work 4 hours per day Monday - Friday.
Must have a valid drivers license.
