This position is responsible for assisting in the design and administration of compensation programs for the organization and assigned business units.
Partner with Employee Relations by providing recommendations in managing compensation issues with Business Unit Leaders.
Regularly and routinely prepare complex, data intensive analyses and presentations ensuring flawless accuracy.
Evaluate new and existing positions by analyzing position duties and responsibilities to determine appropriate classifications and salary levels; conduct compensation audits as necessary.
Conduct special studies and prepare reports which include recommendations for long range compensation administration and planning and related data for use in management presentations.
Participate in national and regional salary surveys and evaluate data to determine the company's competitive position and recommend adjustments.
Assist in developing and maintaining policies and procedures by monitoring changes in federal, state, and local laws as well as economic trends and drivers.
Participate in the annual salary increase process developing guidelines, training line management and HR, and monitoring/reporting on award submissions.
Maintain and update policy and procedure documents for compensation plans, ensuring compliance with all legislative, procedural requirements, and best practices.
Participate on key projects according to strategic goals and initiatives, providing support as necessary.
Assist with the administration of the corporate relocation policy including vendor management, exception request administration, and reporting.
