Associate's Degree
Assists prepare and track the specific project budgets.

Coordinates assigned project activities with affected departments.

Participates in performance improvement activities in assigned areas.

Maintains Kronos time sheets on all Planning, Design and Construction personnel for payroll.

Types memos, letters, capital equipment/project request and other correspondence.

Plans and coordinates assigned projects in collaboration with project manager. Administers contracts between FHC and contractors for assigned projects. Serves in support role with project managers in coordination of project assignments.

Prepares reports as required on planning and construction projects for administration, financial, planning and regulatory agencies. Wll be responsible for overseeing minor capital improvements up to $500,000.

Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in related field and 3 years experience in construction planning, budgeting, or design preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent experience in related environment accepted in lieu of college degree. Office automation/personal computer skills. Strong verbal, written and presentation skills. Knowledge of construction materials and processes. Ability to manage complex project budgets and monitor contract compliance. Oversee small scale single and multi-prime construction projects. Assist project managers in management of large capital improvement projects including document management and team coordination.Health care project management is a plus.
